- Donation details (donation amount, donation frequency, date/time, donation reference numbers);

- For corporate sponsors or partners: business contact information and onboarding details needed to manage the relationship.
2.2 Payment information
We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to process online donations. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment information is collected and processed directly by the payment processor under its own privacy policy and security practices.
2.3 Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

To operate the program, we may share limited information as needed with participating Restaurant Partners and approved Food Distributors, such as aggregated donation allocation information, confirmations related to meal delivery, and operational details. We aim to minimize personal data shared and do not share donor payment card details with partners.
4.4 Legal and compliance
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights, property, or safety of Food Sospeso or others, or investigate fraud and security issues.
4.5 Business transfers
If Food Sospeso is involved in a reorganization, merger, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
